Current Developments

• Breakspear House, Harefield

  Clancy Developments acquired Breakspear House, a Grade I listed building in Harefield. Works commenced in April 2009 to convert this building into apartments and luxury houses. Periodic features of the property include mosaic flooring, a dovecot, ornate cornice walls and fire places. Phase 1 of the development consists of the conversion of the main building into 9 luxury apartments and the renovation of two existing lodges. Phase 2 will see the building of eight three-story coach houses complete with an underground car park. The project is scheduled for completion in October 2011.
