A Framework Agreement for replacement and extension of the Trunk Main Network - a successful fully integrated alliance.

Clancy Docwra first worked with Three Valleys Water and their Engineering Consultants Veolia Water Projects ( formerly Vivendi Water Projects ) in the early 1990s. In the late 1990s under a Co operative Partnering Agreement Clancy Docwra successfully
undertook a series of new supply mains projects including:

Firstly Sacombe to Buckney Wood - a 'fast track' design and build drought relief scheme which through value engineering and costed risk issues, was delivered some 18% below budget ( £1.85m ).

Following this success Clancy Docwra undertook further schemes in Herts, Bucks & Kent, - some 25kms of pipelines, with a project value in excess of £10m, all delivered within time and achieving similar savings - 15 to 20%.During AMP3 Clancy Docwra were awarded a new agreement for Trunk Mains Renewals. The earlier skills and expertise have been utilised, but by bringing the teams together and using facilitated workshops and extended value engineering.

The relationship has been further enhanced - with corresponding results. Clancy Docwra have successfully completed five schemes with values ranging from £0.75 to £1.5m. Outputs from these workshops included; objectives - aligned, roles - defined, processes, built, risk maps agreed, behaviour standards - set, change control processes - established.Whilst some of the team members have remained through all phases of our relationship, there have been new faces on both sides - the continuing success is a testimony to their ability to experience, competency and ability to both lead and implement change.
