Scope:

Clancy Docwra Limited was awarded the Three Valleys Water Metering Framework in June 2003 for the installation of meters (internal and External) in North London and Eastern regions. Works consist of: meter application, raising of order, surveying, scheduling notices, fitting, customer transferred to metered billing and audit close-out.

This contract has seen an amazing 21,000 meters installed across the Three Valleys Water region over the year April 2004 to April 2005. To hit this target, both Clancy Docwra and Three Valleys Water had to increase the number of meters installed from 150 meters per week to 800 meters per week.

The contract has since been extended to 40,000 meters and will run from April 2005 to March 2006. To support this extension, all operations teams are in place and the Three Valleys Water and Clancy Docwra administration teams have recently moved into new integrated offices to ensure the whole process continues to run smoothly and efficiently.
