Strategy and Business Development Director

Colin joined the company in 1992 and was appointed a Director of Clancy Docwra Limited in 2001. Colin is a Chartered Civil Engineer and has overall responsibility for the Strategy, Business Development and Business Acquisition functions. These functions include Client Management, Business Planning, Business Development, Marketing and Communications, Bid Management and Estimating. In this role Colin has responsibility for not only managing relationships with existing key clients but also broadening the business base and leading the company’s drive into new business sectors.

Whilst all company directors have a responsibility with regard to aspects of Corporate Responsibility, (Community, People, Marketplace and Environment) the company recognises the need for individual leadership for each element to ensure business commitment to goals and objectives, continual improvement and legislative compliance.

Colin leads the business in driving the Community and Marketplace elements of our corporate responsibility strategy, ensuring that the company incorporates policies and practices that benefit stakeholders, communities, and all its supply chain.
