David Pegg
Company Secretary
David Pegg joined the company in July 1996 following the acquisition of Rees Pipeline Services Ltd by the Clancy Group and has worked in the Commercial and Finance Departments of the business. In April 2004 he was appointed Company Secretary of all of the subsidiary companies within the Clancy Group. In addition to the Company Secretarial duties, David now has overall responsibility for the Insurance Department, Payroll and HR Departments. In 2009 he was also given responsibility for Business Assurance and Training David is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants and is also a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians.
Whilst all company directors have a responsibility with regard to aspects of Corporate Responsibility, (Community, People, Marketplace and Environment) the company recognises the need for individual leadership for each element to ensure business commitment to goals and objectives, continual improvement and legislative compliance.
David has overall responsibility with regards to people and the workplace and is responsible for challenging these issues; ensuring that there is continuous commitment and that the company policy of investing in our people is managed effectively, continually improved and adheres to legislation.
