£3.2M Multi Utility consortium gets go-ahead

Multi Utility

We are very pleased to announce that we have recently won a large multi-utility job in the south of the UK as we continue our expansion in this exciting sector. The job involves installing gas, water and electrical infrastructure to 1025 new dwellings in West Shinfield, Wokingham, Berkshire. The contract is worth in excess of £3.2m and is on behalf of a consortium of developers comprising Linden Homes, Bloor Homes and Bovis Homes.

Commenting on the success Group Business Development Manager, Ronan Clancy, said: ‘This is a great win for the multi-utility south team. We have been extremely successful in this line of work for over a decade in Scotland and the north and we now feel the time is right to expand operations into the south. This contract is the biggest multi-utility job we have won in the region so far and is just the beginning, in what is a significant growth area for our business’.
