Double delight at the Future Water Association Awards

We are delighted to announce that we were presented with two awards at the recent Future Water Association Awards lunch that took place at the Royal Pump Rooms in Leamington Spa.

Justin Manley, our Think Safe Support Partner, accepted the ‘Chairman’s Award for Outstanding Achievement’, which recognised his dedicated efforts as a mentor and ambassador for safe working practices following his return to work after a serious accident.

Also, Ian Housley, our Associate Director of HSE, accepted a ‘Special Recognition’ award for our ‘Think Safe’ behavioural safety programme. This engaging initiative is helping cement a unique safety culture and deliver a strong, long-term improvement in our workplace safety performance as part of our Vision 2020.

Ian Housley commented: “Although I was the one to accept the award, I did so on behalf of all our employees and everyone involved in our ‘Think Safe’ programme. What we have achieved over the past few years has only been possible thanks to everyone’s commitment and hard work – and by Thinking Safe”.
