Clancy Mobile goes live throughout the business

The Clancy Group Plc is delighted to announce that it has signed a deal with mobile solution provider Total Mobile to use its mobile planning, scheduling and surveying software within its operational activities.

Head of Mobile, Tim Edwards said, “This represents an investment of around £0.5m from the group and demonstrates our commitment to providing our customers and the business with ‘cutting edge’ solutions.

We wanted a solution that would provide a customer focused and innovative solution and that would allow us to simplify workflows to our teams on the ground. We are confident that this solution will drive improvements and provide efficiencies within our business for years to come.”

The system will be launched to the business as Clancy Mobile.

“We talked to our operational teams at all levels over a considerable time to understand how they do their jobs and to ascertain their needs as well as looking at our contractual obligations in terms of client requirements. Total Mobile provides us with a user centric solution that allows us to streamline our approach and provide ’Real Time Reporting’ and ‘Dynamic Scheduling’ to our teams and the client.

Various mobile devices have been researched and over the next three months we will finalise what we use with the help of the end users.

Once we have established the system, we will be launching an App which will enhance the user experience and efficiency.” Said Head of Enterprise Mobility Collaboration (EMC), Ed Kay.

‘Soft’ launches are taking place throughout the business over the next three months with a full launch to the anticipated early in the New Year.
