You will need to login with your Clancy username and password but you can get to this site from any web browser including from your mobile phone or tablet. We will continue to update this site with new information as it is requested.
Sophos Connect Client
Many of you need to use the Sophos Connect Client to access resources in our network such as IFS and documents on shared drives. Please could you ensure that you disconnect when you no longer require access; disconnecting will probably give you a smoother experience when making Teams or Skype calls and faster access to the Internet for working on your Office 365 documents and emails.
IT Equipment – Collections and Drop-offs
To minimise face-to-face contact, we have special arrangements for dropping off or collecting IT Equipment. Please contact the IT Service Desk to find out what the arrangement is for your local site.
Getting in touch with the IT Service Desk
We have put a contingency plan into action so that our Service Desk staff can work safely. You can call the regular IT Service Desk number (01895 829769) but an email to ITServiceDesk@theclancygroup.co.uk would be preferable if you can.
Someone from the Service Desk will contact you as soon as possible.
