Your opportunity to make a difference by helping reduce water supply pipe leakage….

We are a national construction company operating across the Water, Energy, Multi Utility, Rail and Infrastructure Civils sectors.

We successfully work with a number of alliance partners that include Anglian Water, who have recently announced plans to invest £6.5 billion into their regions’ water and sewerage networks, to help protect the environment and secure water resources for generations to come.

We help Anglian Water to find and fix any leaks in the pipe network systems, including helping customers plug leaks at home and at work too. Every day Anglian Water have over 300 people finding and fixing leaks and we’re a big part of that.

As an Assistant Leakage Technician you will play a crucial role in preventing water leakage and to help you deliver this crucial outcome for the environment and our customers. You will be provided with excellent training, industry leading technology and several mentors who will support you to become proficient in the preparation, deployment and collection of sensors which monitor for potential leaks across Anglian Water’s network, whilst all the time providing a first class service to our customers.

Without you our water supply would suffer and there would be a huge impact for our customers!

This is a great opportunity for those that are new to the industry and keen to build a career.  This role is entry level with several proven pathways to progression.  In fact, if you are enthusiastic, hardworking and willing to learn, you can expect to progress your career within 12-18 months.

You’ll be enthusiastic, hardworking and ambitious and hopefully have a desire to drive your career forward. Happy to work some overtime (Evenings and Weekends).

You’ll have a fully equipped van and travel to the areas within the water network where potential leaks have been identified in order to deploy network sensors, so a full driving licence is essential.

Some lifting is involved, so you must be fit and able.

The role is outdoors, so you must be happy to work in all weather conditions (Comfortable protective clothing is provided).

You should be confident to read a water network map that details the locations of, infrastructure and assets (training will be provided).

Great customer service skills are essential, although not the main part of the role, you could be approached by our customers (Again, we’ll provide training to help guide you with this).

This role offers a rewarding incentive scheme that reinforces both individual and team performance which can see you earn up to 16% of your annual salary, alongside our employee benefits.
