We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Field Performance Manager to join our high performing team in Northampton.
Job Title: Field Performance Manager -HEMS
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, supporting an efficient and effective operational area, delivering service strategy and maintaining excellent standards of customer service.
You will be responsible for the day to day management, coaching and development of operational repair and support teams (both direct and indirect).
Working closely with our Anglian Water Partners and other local delivery teams, you will ensure that all activities are undertaken with a customer focus and efficiently delivered and activities are carried out in accordance with the Health, Safety & Environmental Policy and comply with health and safety legislation, POSWSH and QA procedures.

- Managerial support
- Health & safety compliance
- Maximising efficiency & effectiveness
- Staff development
