The Clancy Group is aware that in order to continue its successes of today that it has to invest now in the people who will deliver the successes of tomorrow.
We have established in partnership with training company Utilise, a specialist Utilities training centre in Hawley, Kent. The centre concentrates in providing the correct skill sets needed for the utilities sector – water, gas, electricity and telecommunications. This has been recognised as a much-needed industry first in providing the industry with highly skilled personnel for the future.
In order to compliment this approach our Apprenticeship scheme was established in 2004.
We have also launched our Graduate/Management Development Programme, giving trainees the opportunity to work on a two-year endorced management training programme, giving them exposure to all areas of the business.
