And then there were three (rail awards!)

General

We are delighted to announce that our client, London Underground (LU), has presented our rail division with two more Beacon and Quality Benchmark awards for outstanding work at their Upminster and Dagenham East Signal Equipment Rooms (SER) sites. These latest awards are in addition to us successfully retaining the Beacon and Quality Benchmark award which was first given to our Plaistow SER site last year.

To achieve a Beacon award, we must prove that we consistently meet and exceed LU’s exacting best practice standards in health, safety, welfare, site set-up and management.

Our Site Person in Charge (SPIC) at Dagenham East, Shane Dunne, commented: “We’ve been working very hard to achieve Beacon status alongside our colleagues down at Upminster, which has created healthy competition! We’ve also learned many lessons from Plaistow to become more efficient with our productivity and educate ourselves on client needs. Looking forward, we feel confident that we will increase efficiency on future sites.”
