“My role is to lead the Fleet Safety Management & Compliance team at the Clancy Group in delivering expert guidance and technical assistance on policy and solution development across the Clancy Group.

“I hold a diverse range of qualifications and skills, ranging from BSI certification as a lead auditor for ISO 39001 Road Traffic Safety Management Systems, to a RoSPA Diploma in Advanced Driver Training and Examining, and an Honours Degree in Driver Education. I also maintain the highest grade (6) in UK Fleet Driver Training.

“My main objective is to deliver end-to-end fleet safety interventions in line with our Organisation’s Fleet Safety Strategy, whilst providing a quantifiable return on investment, both financially and culturally.

“I am currently taking part in The Clancy Groups’ Athlete at Work leadership programme which has a strong focus on high performance within the workplace.”
